"Nice little surprise overall"
I wasn’t really expecting much when I opened it, mostly just wanted to see how everything was packed and whether it looked decent in person. After messing around with it for a bit and checking all the little extras, I’d say the box and included stuff feel solid. No real complaints from me

"Lost package took too long to resolve"
My order never ended up arriving, and the tracking just kind of stopped updating out of nowhere. I reached out to support expecting it to be a simple fix, but it took a while to get a clear answer. They did respond, which I appreciated, but the whole lost package process felt slow and like I had to keep following up to get anywhere. It wasn’t the worst experience, but it left me feeling frustrated and a little let down.

I had to reach out to limitedrungames.com because one of my cases showed up damaged in the mail. The response wasn’t exactly quick, it took a few days, but they were friendly and just asked me to send over some photos. After that, they shipped out a replacement and it arrived in good shape. The whole process could’ve been faster, but I got what I needed without any hassle or arguing. 4 stars from me 👍

The stock was actually good overall, but some of the games sell out really fast. Whoever runs this should probably keep a closer eye on the popular titles and restock them quicker.

I check Limited Run Games often because, to be fair, their selection is genuinely fun to browse. They have a lot of physical releases I don’t usually see in regular stores, plus some older and indie titles that are cool to come across. I wouldn’t say every single thing is for everyone, but whenever I look around, I usually find at least one game that catches my interest.

"Slow, but at least they got it right"
I ordered a couple of games from Limited Run Games, and to their credit, everything in the box was actually what I ordered. No wrong cover, no missing item, no random mix-up, which feels like a small win these days. It did take a while to arrive, but I pretty much expected that from them. The packaging was fine too, nothing showed up damaged. Overall, not the fastest or most exciting experience, but hey, I got exactly what I paid for, so I’m happy enough.

I got my order in the end, so that was good!! But the updates were kinda slow... I kept checking like, okay, what’s happening now??? Overall it arrived fine, just wish the communication had been a bit quicker!!

I like that they’re upfront about the release times, and the ordering process doesn’t feel sketchy at all. I did miss out on one game, but I was able to grab another one later, so it felt fair enough for limited stuff!

"Great Games, But the Shipping Made Me Pause"
I was browsing the site one evening and found a game I really wanted to grab. The site itself was easy to use, and I had no trouble finding what I was looking for. I was pretty much ready to check out, but then I saw the shipping cost and it made me stop for a second. For just one item, it felt a little high, and I actually had to rethink whether it was worth ordering right then. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience at all, and I do like the games they offer. I just wish there were cheaper shipping options, especially for smaller orders

I was expecting Limited Run Games to give me a headache, and I was fully ready to blame their site if the cart glitched out. But nope, checkout was smooth, payment went through on the first try, and the order email showed up quick. So I can’t really complain this time.

"Cool stuff, but the waiting is a lot"
I do like the games and special releases Limited Run puts out, and the preorder thing is exciting at first. Like, it’s cool knowing you grabbed something before it’s gone. But then the waiting starts, and yeah, I knew it wasn’t going to ship right away, but months go by and you’re kind of just checking back with barely any updates. My order did show up eventually and everything was fine, so no huge complaint there, but the whole process could definitely be clearer. I’d probably still order again, just with a lot more patience next time

I was expecting a bit more for the price. The case arrive with some scuffs on it, and the manual feel cheap, like it wasn’t really worth what I paid.

My game showed up in great shape. I’ll admit, I was kind of second-guessing the shipping at first and worried the box might arrive dented or banged up, but it was packed really well with plenty of padding. Everything inside was safe, so no complaints from me.

I’m not sure if I just missed something or if the tracking was really that bad, but my order barely updated the whole time. Then it showed up differently than I expected, which was kind of frustrating. Support was okay when I reached out, but the tracking info didn’t help much at all...
